Nicole has over 25 years of commercial and residential experience in architectural and interior design, space planning and construction management in several communities throughout Northern and Southern California. She earned a BA in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley and is a certified interior designer.

John is a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential investments, leasing, property operations, asset management, development and construction. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California with a focus on Corporate Finance and Real Estate/Urban Land Economics, and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis. John is a licensed Broker in California, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM).
